What's Inside

Inventory Log — One row per SKU. Product name, SKU, current stock quantity, warehouse location, unit cost, retail price, supplier name, and supplier lead time in days. This is your live inventory snapshot.
Sales Velocity — Auto-calculated from your sales data. Average daily units sold per SKU, days of stock remaining, reorder point (lead time demand + safety stock), suggested reorder quantity, and a status flag (OK / Low / Reorder Now). The formulas do the thinking for you.
Dashboard — SKUs flagged for reorder, total inventory value at cost and at retail, days-of-stock breakdown by category, dead stock list (zero sales in 30+ days), and top sellers by velocity. Everything you need to make smart purchasing decisions.
