Start Here — How to use the template, what each tab does, and tips on adding new KPIs without breaking anything.
Config — Six pre-loaded KPIs (Revenue, MRR, Churn, NPS, New Customers, Support Tickets). Set Target, Amber Threshold, Direction (Higher / Lower is better), and Format ($, %, #).
Weekly Data — One row per week with real ISO dates. Currency, percentage, and integer formats applied per column. Notes column for week-over-week commentary.
Dashboard — Black hero header, 5-tile snapshot (Active KPIs · Total Weeks · Latest Update · Best Performer · Status Mix), one row per KPI with sparkline, status pill, and direction-aware Δ coloring. Below: a single line chart of all 6 KPIs over time.

Key Features

Status pills (Green / Amber / Red) auto-calculated from your targets — direction-aware so "lower is better" KPIs flip correctly.
8-week sparkline per KPI rendered inside the dashboard table.
Δ vs last week colored green/red based on whether the KPI is heading the right direction (not just up/down).
Δ vs target shows signed-by-direction so positive always means "better than target".
Number formats per KPI ($80,000 vs 2.4% vs 70) without breaking the formulas.
A single line chart of all KPIs over time underneath the table.
