  2. Follow-Up Queue — Auto-filtered view of deals needing action. Shows days since last contact, next follow-up date, and follow-up notes. Conditional formatting highlights overdue follow-ups in red so nothing slips.
  3. Dashboard — Pipeline value by stage, deals closing this month, win rate (closed / total leads), average days to close, commission forecast, and agent leaderboard. See your business health at a glance.
