The sentence

After a call from an Ohio church, a friendly pygmy goat rode to the county fair in the back seat of a police cruiser.

pygmygoatrodepolicecruiser

Kept 'fair'? That is where the goat went, and a county fair is where goats are meant to be. The news is how it got there. Pygmy goat rode police cruiser: you can see it, small and pleased with itself, on the back seat. 'Friendly' is a feeling, and 'Ohio' belongs to the church, not the goat. This one really happened. On Sunday morning a youth pastor in Van Wert, Ohio, rang the police about a goat outside the church. Officer Tyler Myers found it, had nothing built for carrying farm animals, and did what he does with anyone he picks up: back seat, off to the fairgrounds, where the county fair was being set up. Body cam shows the goat hopping out on a leash. It was tagged, its owner was found, and it was the first goat call of Myers's career.
