Scrooge →

A cold, greedy old man. Alone. Three ghosts show him his life. He changes.

Scrooge's dead partner. He drags a chain he made from his own greed. He comes back to warn Scrooge.

Scrooge's clerk. Paid almost nothing. Still kind, still cheerful, still toasts his boss.

Bob's youngest son. Ill and small. He blesses everyone. He will die unless Scrooge changes.

Scrooge's nephew. Warm and forgiving. He invites his uncle to dinner every year and is always told no.

A strange child-like light. It shows Scrooge the boy he was and the man he became.

A huge, jolly giant in green. It shows Scrooge how others keep Christmas, and shows him Ignorance and Want.
